Tailgating

is this the 3rd amendment rule that gives citizens the right to drive recklessly and at speed in bad conditions ?

It's not easy when you aren't equipped with the mental capacity to realize that you must adjust your speed after the current conditions of weather and sight.

When this is the first thing you read after waking up and at first you think it reads ‘vagina pile up’. 👀

Motorists should driver slower in ice and fog. Simple human error, and tailgating probable causes of this.

this take a whole ton of stupid. welcome to America
