NEGRI Sembilan has closed off 13 routes in five districts to traffic, while four are accessible to only heavy vehicles, following floods and landslides in the state as at 2pm today. State Public Works Department director Wan Hasnan Wan Musa said the routes involve seven roads in Tampin, Jelebu , Jempol , Kuala Pilah and Seremban .
