Classic cars on display at the 2022 Cleveland Auto ShowCLEVELAND, Ohio — If you’re one of those people who aren’t into the latest electric vehicles or high-tech cars, there’s still something to see at the 2022 Cleveland Auto Show. There are about three dozen classic and muscle cars from the 1940s through the 1990s on display at the auto show, which takes place, near Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The show opened Friday and runs through Sunday, March 6.
It returned after taking 2021 off due to COVID-19 with plenty to see, including the great display of classic cars. As you stroll down memory lane and peek under the hoods of many of these classics, you’ll notice something that has been missing for a long time: simplicity. Sure, they didn’t always start when it was cold outside – and quite often left you stranded on the side of the road – but that’s what made driving such an adventure back in the days.
Also, if you’re not in the market for a new car, bring your wallet and checkbook anyways, because a handful of these cars on display are actually for sale. Tickets for the auto show are $15 for adults, and $12 for ages 62 and up and children ages 7 to 12. Children 6 and under are free.
