“Those without Autopass cards must collect it at LTA’s Johor Baru service centre, which is located at 34, Jalan Tun Abdul Razak Susur 1 before entering Singapore. The statement also said in anticipation of a significant increase in the volume of VEP applications, LTA will be conducting a system upgrade on its VEP Digital Service on LTA's OneMotoring website.
“Travellers are advised to plan at least two weeks ahead of their intended travel dates to allow sufficient time for VEP application and approval.
