An Indigenous charity founded in the Illawarra will have its logo beamed to millions of people around the world this weekend when it appears on McLaren's F1 cars at the first Australian Grand Prix in two years.

When Corey Tutt was told the logo for his organisation Deadly Science was going to be put on McLaren's F1 cars for this week's Australian Grand Prix, he thought someone was playing a practical joke on him.

"It's just a phenomenal gesture and I'm speechless, I can't believe it even happened," founder Mr Tutt said."McLaren has also handed over their social media account with 9.1m followers to share the story of Deadly Science." "The best thing about it is this logo represents much more than me, it represents the young people and communities we work with, and the fact it's going to be on an F1 car is really exciting for all mobs and all Australians," Mr Tutt said.

Mr Tutt has been given VIP access to this weekend's Grand Prix and he will be taking one of his students.
