will pay $305,000 in restitution to consumers and $50,000 in penalties. ABC Nissan, meanwhile, will have to pay $100,000 to consumers, $25,000 in civil penalties, and $25,000 in costs and attorney fees. That’s in addition to a previous consent decree from 2018 for similar behavior in which it had to pay $130,000 in restitution.

Both dealerships, however, deny the allegations and both judgments are still pending court approval. Customers who believe they may have been harmed by ABC or Pinnacle Nissan should file a complaint through the
