I'm so sick of being bullied by these so called race cars. I live on Beach and I have seen them race at over double the speed limit by parked cops with no fear. IM SICK TO DEATH OF JSOs EXCUSES. We have 4 wheelers and go carts riding down Beach Blvd every weekend.
