About 26,000 Australians will need to take their new cars back to the dealer due to a software fault.for its Kluger Hybrid, RAV4 Hybrid, LandCruiser 300 and Mirai models produced after March 2021.

The company has identified a software error with its Vehicle Stability Control system, which under certain circumstances does not default back to “on” status when the car is next started.
