Having trouble understanding the rationale here. Cutting the subsidy completely worsens the situation for companies like $F who are already falling behind $TSLA & $GM in terms of competitiveness in the EV market. A complete cut in the 200k cap seems uncalled for.

Let all technologies stand on their own merit. NO need for subsidies to Oil, Electric or even Ethanol

Reality is that they aren’t popular in US! Even with subsidizes they arent selling! Maybe Tesla but other than that not much. Pick trucks, SUVs and crossovers surpassing by far the sales of gasoline cars! Thats were the demand is!

Not smart! There is only about 50 years of the finite oil reserves left and the US needs to look to the future.
