Having call center experience, just because it's physically in Jersey, doesn't mean all calls will be answered in this state, or country. And, even if they are, we're to believe they'll be nicer or more helpful on the phone? Have you met Jersey DMV employees?

Staff it? Sure. Answer calls, not really. When calls are answered, give accurate information? Fuggedaboutit! This is Unionize PW country.

What’s the sick out rate at MVC these days It was 30% for awhile. In NJ govt incompetence is celebrated by Democrats.

MVC - yet another Murphy failure he will surely celebrate as a success!

Good luck finding someone on the other end of the line — like every other state agency you call in to.

Open more offices. Bizarre that Union County has 1 office like Cumberland County.
