Hi, my name’s Alex, and I’m… *deep breath*... selling my TVR. As you may have guessed, I don’t really want to. But family matters dictate that needs must.
I bought this car between the two lockdowns, seeking something a little selfish that I could take out in the evenings after my daughter had gone to bed. In the intervening years it’s become a car that’s sparked an enthusiasm for all things with four wheels in her, as well as a source of ever-present joy for me.
Turns out that when I saw this one in the flesh, I did fancy it. And it drove brilliantly. And it had the best service history of any TVR for sale in the country. There’s a stack of bills and invoices that even includes things like the original order form, the order acknowledgements, build confirmation and even credit notes for the deposit.
Bodily the car is in good condition - there are a couple of chips and scuffs that stop it from being concours, but there’s no impact damage and the paintwork looks to me to be original. Inside, the car is in similarly good condition – obviously well cared for and very clean, if not immaculate.
