, a restaurant of Dallas-based Lombardi Family Concepts serving Italian cuisine with a modern touch, leased a 9,350-square-foot restaurant., the Swedish electric performance car brand, leased 3,420 square feet for its second Texas showroom., a membership-based nail studio by Rachel Apfel Glass of New York, leased a 972-square-foot salon for its second Texas location., an international ice cream shop by the Roca brothers from Spain, opened earlier this year.

announced new tenants at Lower Heights District, at 2799 Katy Freeway, between Studemont and Sawyer streets. Following the recent opening ofopened a 1,964-square-foot men’s salon for its first Houston location. Scissors & Scotch was represented by Samantha Walter of SRS., a daytime café, opened a 4,500-square-foot location. Ron Marshall of Mac Haik Realty represented First Watch.
