The Nigeria Police Force plans to spend a total of N10,636,337,691 on the fuelling and maintenance of operational aircraft, boats and vehicles in 2023.

Baba had decried the slashing of the outfit’s proposed budget by the Budget Office of the Federation from N889,681,595,517.74 to N796,785,034,379.56, warning of its impact on the security outfit and its consequence for the country.

The IGP also said while the minimum overhead budgetary requirement of the Force was estimated at N90,645,426,172, only N29,656,079,956 was appropriated, out of which only N17,299,379,972 had so far been released. Baba further noted that while a minimum capital expenditure of N63,912,512,642 was projected, only N35,705,675,512 was appropriated and released.

Mean while somebody decided to add Drones to the list soon you will hear the Nigerian police needs 10 billion naira to service Drones and another 13 billion to upgrade the software.

After taking all the money they will still not repair or maintain any of these properties go to any police barracks and see for yourself.
