Estonian police arrest local citizens Sergei Potapenko and Ivan Turogin, who are alleged to have scammed hundreds and thousands of people into buying a cryptocurrency mining service where, instead, they used the funds to buy luxury cars and real estate.

Four other people living in Estonia, Belarus and Switzerland were also charged, but their identities have not been released. According to the US Justice Department, the men are in custody in Estonia pending extradition to the US.
