Eissmann Automotive announced an $3.4 million expansion to its Pell City facility. A German-based automotive supplier has announced an expansion of its St. Clair County operations.
The company stated in an announcement it expects to hire an additional 79 employees to support the production necessary. Plant Director Tracy Breeding said the company worked with Pell City, St. Clair County leadership and the Alabama Department of Commerce on the expansion project. St. Clair County Commission Chairman Stan Batemon said the announcement will mean higher paying jobs for residents.
