Two people were killed Sunday morning when two vehicles collided on State Highway 105 in Montgomery County, officials said. Around 1:30 a.m., North Montgomery County Fire officials arrived at S.H. 105 near Walker Road and found two vehicles with people trapped inside. The initial investigation led officials to believe one of the cars crossed the center line and struck the other car, nearly head-on.
The driver and passenger inside the car that crossed over the center line were both pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver was transported to the HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe in critical condition, but they had been expected to recover.
