The feds can’t run a passport office or fix a pay system, or deliver water and they’ve had years. Finish these things before we talk about new ministries for Ottawa. Ottawa needs another file like we all need another hole in the head.
Nothing ever improves because accountability does not exist when it is split across fed and prov. Remove the fed tax room, give it 100% to provinces so we can hold them to account, and get the fed govt out of the healthcare picture entirely.
