Within that mix, GM fleet sales soared 101% in Q4 up 44% for full-year 2022, representing 21% of all sales, the company reported. While not releasing specific numbers, GM said the battery-electric Chevrolet Bolt EV and Bolt EUV “delivered best sales year ever.” The company did not include sales figures for other EV models.

The GMC brand enjoyed a 42% sales increase in the fourth quarter, recording a 7% sales boost for all of 2022.... [+]For Toyota, its North American operations reported it sold 504,016 electrified vehicles last year in the U.S., representing almost 24% of its sales volume. That's actually 13.7% fewer than it sold in 2021.
