Pat Symonds shares his thoughts on why Red Bull 'made mistakes' with the budget cap... F1

Red Bull will ‘definitely’ feel the impact of the penalty

The FIA went with a monetary and sporting penalty with the team fined $7 million while also losing 10 percent of their allotted time under the sport’s aerodynamic testing restrictions sliding scale.

New Ferrari team boss Fred Vasseur recently called for the FIA to drop the terms ‘minor’ and ‘major’ breach. He added that F1 also needs to “, or to be able to take action much earlier. And we have to probably be a bit more strict on the decision.”

Oh. The same guy who was banned for life from f1 for being a CHEAT and yet here he is consorting with like minded people RedBullCheats

Pat I am also sharing my thoughts on RB going over the budget cap Because RB is DISHONEST, Pat no mistake

redbullracing uses the best accounting firms in the world. They could tell you exactly Who, What, Where, and Why every dollar that had been spent or will be spent at any given time. There was NO MISTAKE

RedBull makes the same 'mistakes' as ex Chancellor And him Zahawi who also forgot about tens of millions and tried to blame others for his oversight. He got off lightly with a pathetic fine too, but at least Zahawi got sacked.

Pat Symonds should be sparing his thoughts on how and why redbullracing got just a slap on the wrist. Despite what Masi Horner and Wheatley did at F1 AbuDhabiGP in the 2021.

That's on them. And they still never got punished. Lousy FIA..

It's really down to the fact that RBR struggled with the new cost cap rules (just as they struggled at AD'21 with articles 48.12, 48.13 & 15.3 of the Sporting Regulations.)

The crazy part is that even though RBR decided not to take part in the dry run, it was argued by fia Ben_Sulayem that they had fully cooperated with the process so the penalty was more lenient & the breach not referred to the Cost Cap Adjudication Panel F1xed

Cause they are cheats, always will be

Incoming salt

Why? Because they cheated. And in my opinion two teams from the same employer should not be in F1. It should be either Red Bull or AlphaTauri. You’re very naive if you think AlphaTauri and Red Bull never talk to each other about car development.

In a pay to win sport why did they spend more than others... 🤔 puzzles the mind of many.

It also lead to another illegitimate *wdc

They’re just cheats, simple

What a load of bollocks, pat symonds

Not the cheat trying to make excuses for the cheats? Surely not...

To cheat...
