A division of Formula One motor firm McLaren has been found guilty of two health and safety charges over the death of a senior engineer.
Mr Oldham, a "distinguished senior engineer", was working on a level with exposed edges while inspecting the brand centre's ceiling, the jury was told.He was found on the floor of the warehouse and taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital where he died on 19 October, the court heard. He said the changes "show the practical steps McLaren could and should have taken before the accident".
