"I'm currently surrounded by about 500 to 700 people, can't get out of my vehicle," said one officer.That was near the 400 block of North 5th Street just before 12:30 a.m. When officers responded to break up the group, police say some people began jumping on the cruiser while others slashed one of the tires.Later on, officers responded to what they described as an unruly crowd at approximately 2 a.m. on the 1000 block of North Delaware Avenue in Fishtown."They're kicking my windows out and they're on top of my vehicle," an officer reported.
