A 13-year-old California boy is accused of stealing a car and leading police on a chase before colliding with other vehicles, killing one person and injuring nearly a dozen others.

San Francisco Police said a suspect carjacked a Muni bus in San Francisco early Saturday morning. FOX 2 KTVU reports.Friday in a collision involving a vehicle stolen by a 13-year-old boy, police said.

The incident happened just before 4:30 p.m. Friday near Court Street and College Street in Woodland, California, about a 30-minute drive west of Sacramento. Leading up to the crash, an officer had noticed a vehicle being driven"erratically," police said. The officer attempted to pull the vehicle over and a pursuit ensued. Woodland Fire and first responders arrived on scene.

Stealing vehicles is illegal, driving at that age is illegal. It shouldn’t happen then! Same stupid logic as a gun ban. Laws only apply to those who follow them.
