WASHINGTON — Many Americans aren’t yet sold on going electric for their next cars, a new poll shows, with high prices and too few charging stations the main deterrents. I’m going electric, e-bike that is! Hopefully, we can rebuild our street infrastructure to make our cities less car dependent in the first place, and I won’t buy a next car.

My next-door neighbor has 2 EVs. Always charging. He loves them for local trips.
And non-standardized charging plugs. There's a handful of plugs you have to have. Otherwise, when you get to a charging place, you could be screwed for not having the right adapter.
This is a very real problem
All the people who live apartments will not want to find a charging station to sit and wait every few days

I don't want one. Not until charging is as fast as refueling, and range hits 400 miles. I'll stick with a hybrid for now.

EVs are unsustainable super polluters. They cannot exist without gas and coal supporting the infrastructure to build , maintain , and charge them.
