Only New York saw a higher number of thefts per 100,000 automobiles, with 141.Police in the Fort Worth suburb of White Settlement arrested a man for trying to steal a catalytic converter. They essentially caught him in the act after an officer heard a drilling noise at 4 a.m. Wednesday coming from a nearby neighborhood.

Yeah no kidding. Can't believe insurance companies still cover Toyota Tundras and Mitsubishi Outlanders. If you own one of these your catalytic converter has been stolen, or will be stolen soon.
