Dozens of people gathered at the intersection of Third Avenue and Clay Street in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood at about 7 p.m. on Saturday to watch the street show.
Many had their phones out to record the action as the cars spun around dangerously close to bystanders amid cheers.Officers are expected to release information about the gathering.

Seattle Police should be on scene, deploying spike strips in front of offending vehicles. All participating vehicles should be impounded and the drivers charged. This new sport of “ street takeover” can only be stopped by aggressive police and judicial action. It’s time to quit…
