VinFast is filling in its vehicle orders for the USA and Canada with a shipment of 1,879 cars leaving for the Port of Benicia in California and expected to arrive after 20 days at sea. Some 1,098 VF 8s will be unloaded at the US West Coast port, while 781 vehicles are headed for Canada afterwards.
“Manufacturing is in full swing at Haiphong to fulfill more orders for North America and Europe. A bulk of the cars now in the assembly line will be allocations for our European customers, but we will continue to supply the US market continuously until our North Carolina plant is completed,” a spokesperson from VinFast toldIn the first batch, more of the VF 8 City edition were delivered. This batch contains only the Eco and the Plus variants, which offer a higher estimated range than the City.
The VF 8 Standard is also equipped with the company’s Advanced Driver Assistance System , providing a wide range of features that will be enhanced and updated regularly — such as highway assist, auto lane changing assist, fully-automated parking assistance, smart summon mode, remote parking, and more.
