An auto parts store chain is partnering with Denver police to help curb automobile thefts.

The following Advanced Auto Parts locations will give away 50 clubs, while supplies last, on specific dates and times: 4509 Tower Road and 4090 E. Iliff Ave., from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday; and 4545 W. Colfax Ave. and 2319 S. Federal Blvd., from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.

“Our local Advance team is proud to partner with Denver police to play a role in curbing auto thefts,” Michael Vigil, Advance district manager, said in a news release. “We’re hopeful that this giveaway makes a real impact to motorists while preventing crime in our community.”police department’s DenverTrack“Crime prevention is a partnership, which is demonstrated here through the generosity of Advance Auto Parts,” said Denver police Chief Thomas.
