Three people have died and three others have been injured after a multi-vehicle crash just south of the Victoria-NSW border. 9News

Three other people have been taken to Goulburn Valley Health with non-life-threatening injuries.

A woman in her 20s is being treated for upper body pain, while a man in his 50s is in hospital with lower body pain.The truck driver was uninjured and stopped at the scene. The exact cause of the collision is yet to be determined, with Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives en route to the scene.
