Police warned residents the criminals may be armed and violent.

Police in Mantua Township said a sophisticatedknown to target high-end vehicles stole a Range Rover and Dodge TRX pick-up truck on Friday from a resident’s closed garage, according to a department Facebook post.

Police shared a photo of a black vehicle stolen out of North Jersey, which they said was used to transport the suspects to Mantua Township to commit more thefts. The Mantua Township Police Detective Bureau and New Jersey State Police Auto Theft Taskforce are investigating the auto-thefts.Meanwhile, police warned residents to store their keys somewhere safe, lock their vehicles, and avoid posting their cars on social media.
