Three rally cars originally owned by Scottish racing icon Colin McRae will be available to purchase at auction later this summer.
The first and last rally cars he owned are being auctioned, as is his 1992 championship-winning Subaru. The latter — the Subaru Legacy RS Group ‘A — is set to fetch the highest price, and is estimated to go for between £380,000 and £450,000. Speaking about the Subaru, a Silverstone Auctions spokesperson commented: "This is very special, Colin’s 1992 British Championship-winning car and a personal favourite being offered to market for the first time directly from the McRae family, a unique opportunity."
