Emergency services raced to a street near Buchanan bus station at around 3pm following reports of a 'road traffic collision'.
Multiple police officers were seen on Killermont Street on Tuesday, July 4 with the road, at the junction with Renfield Street, closed off.READ MORE: Man arrested on suspicion of 'attempted murder' after toddler hit by train in Glasgow A spokesperson said: “We can confirm an incident took place on Killermont Street in Glasgow city centre this afternoon at approximately 3pm between one of our vehicles and a pedestrian in the road.
“Emergency services were called to the scene immediately and we are continuing to work closely with them.Bus services were diverted during the incident but First Glasgow have confirmed the road is now re-opened with services returned back to normal. A spokesperson tweeted: "SERVICE UPDATE - 9/9A/77/240/255/263/267/X8. Killermont Street has now re-opened and services have all resumed normal route."
