as the company’s Ontario factory failed to build the popular crossover in anywhere near the quantities required to satisfy the Canadian market. 2023 is clearly a different story thanks to a second-quarter in which year-over-year volume shot up 84 per cent to 17,855 units. Finally available with a hybrid powertrain — albeit only at the top of the lineup — the CR-V’s range of offerings is somewhat more in line with its top rival.
