The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) says a fatal accident occurred on Wednesday at the Eko bridge inward Alaka area of the state.

Two persons were confirmed dead while five others sustained serious injuries in a road accident on Wednesday at the Eko Bridge inward, Alaka area of Lagos.

Adebayo Taofiq, director of public affairs at LASTMA, said in a statement that the five injured persons were taken to a nearby hospital.
