If we had a pipeline, these would not have happened. Get the pipe line protesters to clean it up. Wake up, protesters, pipe or no pipe, oil will be shipped one way or another. While you protest, other oil countries like Russia etc are loughing because you create their market .
We need a big underground tunnel for the oil trains. That way it would be safer.

This is only a problem because trains can tip over. Put all the rail cars end to end. Weld them together so it is like a giant tube, then use a pump, to transport the oil from one place to the other. Bury it a few feet deep and call it 'Hyper Tube Oil Transfer Technology'
Don't worry folks, we'll get that cleaned up and a new loaded oil train back on track asap.
