Carolee Dwyer died after she was pinned between a house and a car in northwest Harris County, according to deputies. Driver Joshua Ivie was arrested.A judge set bond for a man who allegedly admitted to speeding at about 90 mph when he hit and killed a woman and crashed into a northwest Harris County home on Sunday.
Court paperwork stated that Ivie told deputies he was driving down West Cypress Forest at approximately 90 mph and swerved to avoid hitting two other vehicles.
