It comes days after buses were unable to serve the Edwards Lane estate amid bad parking

Nottingham City Transport buses are having to divert due to badly parked vehicles in Ruddington. The company says its Green 10 service is re-routing in both directions via Easthorpe Street.

It means stops along Packman Drive and Ashworth Road will not be served "until further notice." The news was confirmed by the company on social media on Saturday .It comes just days after Nottingham City Transport buses were unable to serve several stops on the Edwards Lane estate due to bad parking. The Green 10 service takes passengers from Ruddington into the city centre via Wilford Hill, Loughborough Road, Trent Bridge and the train station.

The first bus on the service leaves Ruddington Green at 6.30am, whilst the last bus drops passengers off at the Victoria Centre just before midnight. The company's 10C and 10X services in Ruddington had to stop serving the Ruddington Business Park and Rushcliffe Country Park due to congestion in the area earlier this week.
