Charges laid after Alta. car dealership sold senior two vehicles she couldn’t afford

They’re scammers. They contacted me 2 years after I’d bought my car there, wanted me to trade in my car for a new model. I checked into it and read the fine print. They’d added a $25K balloon payment at the end of the 5 year term. Never deal w/these lowlifes.

A few weeks my hubby and I went to a dealership and when we told them we couldn't afford to buy the car they wanted to sell us, they said we should try to get more hours at our jobs. Or get another job. Like, really?

What kind of arses would sell a senior citizen not one but two cars that she cannot afford. Print their names so we all know who they are.

So they held a gun to her head?

I made the mistake of going by myself looking for a used car. I admit I was naive & talked in test driving a new Jeep & a creditcheck (I was told was not a credit check) & 1 step aWay from almost 600 payments for 8/9 years as They held my drivers licence. I left 😭. aggressive.

So an adult went somewhere and signed their name to buy something they couldn't afford and it's the companies fault for selling it to them? So do we sue the banks when we buy too much with our credit cards for giving us the credit?

I just can’t get over how so many people are years and years in debt with low incomes or part-time jobs heart Breaking she’s not alone who wouldn’t love a new car but the stress of big monthly payments would be a nightmare

I’m sorry this lady went by herself to buy a vehicle. I surely wouldn’t. Shame on Grove Dodge Jeep Ram dealership. Shady stuff happening there.

I've had my share of dealings with slimy salesmen. Hopefully she gets her money back!

I have 3 vehicles I can't afford any chance we could make this a class action?
