Criminal Assets Bureau officers in Dublin seized a number of items during searches in Dublin this morning, including several designer handbags, cash, two cars and a Rolex watch.
The operation targeted an organised crime group involved in drug trafficking and firearms crime with a spokesperson for gardaí saying it marks a significant development in this ongoing investigation. A number of different locations were searched by personnel from the Criminal Assets Bureau, with the support of the Emergency Response Unit, and DMR North District Detective and Drug Unit personnel.
