In Davao Region, there are 15,000 operators or beneficiaries will receive the fuel subsidy but there is no order yet from the central office for the release of the aid. The details of the said aid were laid out under Memorandum Circular No. 2023-038 or the “Guidelines on the Implementation of Fuel Subsidy Program.” The distribution follows the signing of the memorandum of agreement and Joint Memorandum Circular No.
