Malaysian Tipper Lorry Operator’s Association president Michael Loo says the rules are not in line with current automotive technological developments.

Malaysian Tipper Lorry Operator’s Association president Michael Loo asked transport minister Loke Siew Fook to intervene in the matter.

Lorries currently are capable of carrying loads between 30 and 45 tonnes safely compared to the weight limit of between 24 and 30 tonnes currently permitted, he added.
