The City of Santa Monica and LA Metro will pay the first 200 people who sign up for the"One Car Challenge" pilot program. Recipient will also get a Metro tap card loaded with $50 and up to 10 Metro Bike Share rides.The pilot is part of a larger Metro effort to promote alternatives to driving.
