SHAH ALAM, Oct 3 — The Road Transport Department announced that 175,909 summons involving commercial vehicles have not been settled since 2018, JPJ’s senior enforcement director Datuk Lokman Jamaan, said.
“When a summon is issued, we will give a certain grace period to settle the summon, but many have failed to settle such summons. Lokman said from the 239 offences identified, 23 were found to have expired licences or no licence at all but driving commercial vehicles.
