Nanaimo RCMP say they aren’t looking for the perpetrator in a weekend road-rage incident, since the woman targeted doesn’t want to pursue the case.“I saw the video,” said Nanaimo RCMP Reserve Const. Gary O’Brien. “Unacceptable behaviour.”
The woman told police the man was banging away “and basically telling her that she was a terrible driver,” O’Brien said. “She said that he didn’t threaten her, he didn’t assault her and she wasn’t interested in pursuing it further.” A witness told CHEK News via email that prior to the incident, the woman had been almost “run off the road” by the man, who then “tried to beat in her window” when the vehicles were stopped.
