Police charged the man with theft and drug paraphernalia possession.At 7 a.m. Sept. 29, police were again called to the Lifetime Fitness lot when a Shaker Heights woman, 52, reported that someone broke the window of her car and stole from the vehicle a bag containing personal items.At 1:40 p.m. Sept. 29, a Cleveland man, 23, reported that he was assaulted while at the home of a female friend, 24. Police investigated, but did not charge the woman.
