PETALING JAYA: Indonesian Jeffer Rosobin has been appointed as the Badminton Association of Malaysia's (BAM) new head of the junior department, replacing Datuk Misbun Sidek.

KUANTAN: Recipients of Pahang state honours and titles have been reminded not to display emblems of the awards on their vehicles.

Comptroller of the Pahang Sultan's Household Datuk Ahmad Khirrizal Ab Rahman said regulations under the Pahang Emblems, Titles or Awards Enactment 2017 prohibits the display of awards granted by the Sultan. Ahmad Khirrizal said the reminder also upholds the decree of Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah.

"Recipients found to have violated and committed an offence under this enactment will face revocation of their titles and awards. Any individual who is found to be using a false title can also be charged," he said. Ahmad Khirrizal said the state administration had requested the cooperation of the police and Road Transport Department to take enforcement action against those who commit the offence.
