Mobster Cornelius Price’s grave is without a headstone a year on - but features a jumble of odd tributes including a statue of a Lurcher dog, a floral arrangement of a Stihl hat - and a squeezy bottle of Mayonnaise.
Now, ahead of the first anniversary of Price’s death - also known as ‘Nailyboy’ - we can reveal the grand boss’s grave remains without a headstone.. Tricolour flags as well as numerous baseball caps, a bottle of Captain Morgan’s rum - which is believed to be a reference to Price drinking a shot of the same rum in a video that was widely circulated of the notorious mobster celebrating the death of his sworn enemy Robbie Lawlor - as well as a squeezy bottle of Mayonnaise have been placed on the grave along with candle holders with photographs of Price on them.
While in the UK Price, who was named in the High Court as a leading member of the Price-Maguire gang involved in the lethal Drogheda feud and a major drug dealer supply the north-east region of the country, was facing a trial in the UK for his alleged part in a kidnap and blackmail plot.
