At around 9 a.m., several marked and unmarked police vehicles were parked on a street in the Sage Hill neighbourhood, after a shooting earlier in the day.

Both marked and unmarked police vehicles could be seen, as police tape blocked off two driveways and an area street.This story originally stated police were positioned along Sage Meadows Way.

At about 8:30 a.m., Calgary police said officers responded to reports of a shooting in the community of Sage Hill.AHS EMS confirmed they received a call just around 8:30 a.m. about someone being shot in the 200 block of Sage Meadows Green.
