One man with what appears to be a meat cleaver is seen chasing another man with a large knife or machete.The shocking footage was filmed in Clarehall at around midday today, when two cars were set alight outside a house, which also caught fire .
It has since emerged that there were two separate arson attacks - as well as the blaze in Clarehall, there was an earlier fire in nearby Priorswood when a man is alleged to have set fire to the outside of an apartment block in Newtown Court.Gardai told Dublin Live: "Gardai have arrested a man in his 40s following several incidents of criminal damage by fire that occurred in the Coolock and Clarehall areas of Dublin on 25/03/2019.
