HANOI (Reuters) - The founder of Vietnamese electric vehicle maker VinFast, Pham Nhat Vuong, on Monday launched an EV charging stations company, V-green, which will prioritise supporting VinFast vehicles globally, the billionaire said in a statement.

AMPANG: Two men have been detained after their motorcycles were found to have fake number plates during an operation in Bukit Ampang.

Ampang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Azam Ismail said the operation codenamed Ops Samseng Jalanan was conducted by 15 Traffic Investigation and Enforcement division personnel from the district at 10pm on Saturday ."The men were detained and brought to headquarters for further action. We are investigating under Section 108 of the Road Transport Act 1987," he said in a statement on Monday .

ACP Mohd Azam said a total of 47 traffic summonses were issued, including driving without a licence and expired road tax.Bukit Ampang was chosen as the site for the operation as it is a gathering point for teenagers who take part in illegal activities such as motorcycle stunts, he said.Probe of socks issue will go on despite store's apology, Dewan Rakyat told
