Christine Quinn is reportedly 'planning' to end her marriage of nearly five years with husband Christian Richard.
It comes after Richard, 45, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon on Tuesday after he threw a bag of glass at his wife, 35, but struck their toddler son, who was then taken to the hospital in an ambulance; the arrest pictured During the day on Wednesday, police swept the couple's estate with their guns drawn, performing what an LAPD spokesperson described as a 'building search' to make certain the home was safe. They ultimately determined there 'was no issue.'
Meanwhile, an eyewitness to the building search alleged that the cops could be heard saying: 'Come out with your hands up.' By Wednesday night, Richard had been released and the police were seen arriving again at his and Quinn's house in the Hollywood Hills. Multiple police cars were also seen parked outside the couple's home. Quinn was not seen at the time of the arrest.
